Title:  Mechanical Engineer - Pharmaceutical

Duties&Responsibilities:

• Prepare and oversee SOPs for preventive maintenance of production machines.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Respond promptly and resolve breakdown inquiries.
• Ensure optimal working conditions of all equipment to prevent disruptions.
• Troubleshoot equipment performance and mechanical issues.
• Recommend fire prevention measures.
• Maintain professional interactions with suppliers and vendors.
• Conduct capacity studies for production improvements.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the production process.
• Ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5-7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Expertise in mechanical installations and systems.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and quick response time.
• Innovative thinking and technical reporting skills.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.

• Experience in maintenance of wide variety of machines tableting, encapsulation,blistering and cartooning machine.
