Job Description:

  • Provide first-line support to business users, addressing application and system issues in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents that disrupt application services and business operations.
  • Track, manage, and report support issues, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
  • Analyze support tickets, take ownership of issue investigation, and ensure resolution.
  • Escalate issues and proposals to the corporate SAP Support Team when necessary.
  • Provide first-line support for SAP systems by troubleshooting issues, assisting business users, and ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.

 

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of SAP modules.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and user support skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple issues and prioritize tasks effectively.
