Title: Senior IT Applications
Job Description:
- They fix application and system problems or any issues that are disrupting the application service that business users depend on.
- Act as a first line support for the business users.
- This role will be responsible for ensuring support levels from both management and users. You will need to track, solving and report support issues and search for solutions to these issues.
- Fill the knowledge gaps in SAP modules as required for the current assignment.
- In case of major knowledge deficits, raise reports to the corporate team.
- Analysis support issues and take ownership of issue investigation and resolution
- Involve in Support Pack testing.
- Proposals or issues are escalated to the Application Support Team Leader.
- Reporting recurring problems and suggesting their solution to the Application Support Team Leader.
- Responsible for uploading all basic data at all SAP modules.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience at SAP application support in most of SAP modules.
- Deep business functional capabilities and expertise.
- Ability to write business documents and training manuals
