Title:  Senior Officer Health & Safety Environment

 Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Supervising EHS team on routine work.
2. Improving the safety culture between the company employees.
3. Implementing the system of internal safety auditing for all the company departments
4. Monitoring the daily tour inside all the company sections and communicating with the employees to assess the risks.

5. Follow up the compliance of the firefighting system and the regular checking.
6. Assess and follow up the non-routine or risky operations.
7. Follow the contractors and ensure that they follow the company safety policies.
8. Conduct routine EHS Training for core Employees & new hired employees.
9. Inspect hazardous areas (ATEX compliance, equipment)/
10. Ensure process safety controls are applied
11. Record unsafe acts, conditions, near misses
12. Participating in audits (ISO, Quality, )
13. Maintain documentation and records
14. Supervise PTW issuance and compliance
15. Monitor high-risk activities (WAH, confined space, lifting)
16. Monitor contractors work daily
17. Conduct emergency drills
18. Inspect emergency equipment and evacuation routes
19. Follow up firefighting maintenance
20. Deliver HSE training and toolbox talks
21. Ensure SDS availability
22. Conduct IH monitoring and environmental checks
23. Inspect PPE usage and condition
24. Monitor stock levels and report shortages
25. Conduct housekeeping inspections

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of scientific practical degree (Science, Engineering, Pharmacy,…).
• Basic/advanced specialist training at NIOSH.
• Experience: From 3:4 years in Health & Safety function
