Title:  Travel Officer

Job Summary:

Implement Travel activities to ensure that all work within a specific area is carried out in an efficient manner and in compliance with the set policies, processes, and procedures.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Follows all relevant Travel policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
  • Reserve Flight ticket, Transportation, Group Meeting and Small Events for Sales and Marketing.
  • Reserve Accommodation inside & outside Egypt.
  • Create Purchase Order for Flight Tickets, Accommodation, Restaurants and Transportations.
  • Handling and revising the Invoices to be sure about the matching between the purchase order and the invoice.
  • Work with Accounting department to track payment to all vendors and service provider.
  • Job Location: 6th of October City

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum Experience: 1 year of experience in the same role
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
