2. JOB PURPOSE

Partner with IT team members and the client community to deliver IT Quality services and solutions in support of business objectives to improve productivity.  Activities include analysis, identifying trends, application monitoring, ongoing system maintenance, and addressing corrective actions. Responsibilities include baseline IT process review, application support, and participation in relevant projects.

 

 

4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Provide technical support to users of applications. This may include troubleshooting issues, resolving user inquiries, and providing guidance on the use of the application.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams - such as developers, business analysts, and quality assurance analysts, to ensure that applications are functioning optimally and meeting the organization's needs.
  • Monitor and report on system performance of applications, such as uptime, usage statistics, and user feedback. They may use this information to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for system enhancements or upgrades.
  • Interpret and apply regulatory requirements to applications and workflows.
  • Write technical documentation such as testing scripts, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides. They should be able to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Process security requests based on the departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Participate in new project rollouts across various Hikma sites. This includes coordinating project activities with stakeholders, executing assigned tasks, and reporting deviations. 

 

6. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, Information Technology, or Computer/Software engineering.

EXPERIENCE

  • 0-2 years of experience
  • Experience in service management systems is a plus

SKILLS

  • Excellent English language verbal and written communication.
  • Excellent documentation and writing skills as per Hikma’s Good Documentation Practices.
  • Adaptable and able to learn quickly to keep up with the changing IT landscape.
  • Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Document Management Systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Regulatory Information Management (RIM) and Publishing solutions is a plus.
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements in the life sciences industry is a plus.
