Title:  Analyst, IT Applications - HCM

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Applications Analyst – HCM to join our IT Applications team. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are interested in HR technology and enterprise systems. The role will support the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Human Capital Management (HCM) applications, with exposure to platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors.

Key Responsibilities:Support the configuration and administration of HCM systems, including:Employee Central (Core HR)Performance & GoalsSuccession & DevelopmentCompensation ManagementRecruiting & OnboardingTime ManagementValidated Learning ManagementAssist in gathering business requirements and translating them into system configurations under senior team guidance.Work closely with HR and IT teams to ensure system setups align with business processes and policies.Support integrations with payroll, time management systems, and other enterprise applications.Help in testing, documentation, and system upgrades or enhancements.Provide first/Second-level support for system issues and assist in troubleshooting and resolution.Participate in process improvement initiatives and digital transformation projects within HR technology.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Systems, Business Information Systems, or a related field.Fresh graduate or up to 1–2 years of relevant experience in IT systems, HR systems, or enterprise applications.Basic understanding of HR processes and HCM concepts (Core HR, Talent, Compensation, etc.) is an advantage.Interest in learning enterprise HCM platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors (training will be provided).Strong willingness to learn, with good analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.What We Offer:Structured learning and development in enterprise HCM platformsHands-on experience with global HR systemsCareer growth path in HR technology and IT applicationsExposure to large-scale digital transformation initiatives
