We are looking for a talented Analyst, IT Master Data Operations to join us. Key Responsibilities:

• Follows all relevant Master Data Management policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Contribute to MDM procedure development.
• Adherence to policies, processes and procedures.
• Operate the MENA data management processes for the creation and update of customer, vendor, material master data in SAP and supporting systems, working with colleagues globally
• Monitor progress of new requests for customer / vendor / material master data across the business, identifying potential data issues
• Support the root cause analysis of data issues
• Communicate the progress of new data requests to internal business stakeholders
• Execute SOPs for data quality management processes as part of new data governance arrangements using the Information Steward tool to identify issues and resolve with business teams
• Feedback from business project teams
• Requests completed accurately and in line with agreed service levels.
• Positive feedback from internal client on issue resolution.
• Evidence of effective use of Information Steward output in support of data governance processes.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates whose experience and skills align closely with the qualifications outlined below:

• Bachelor or degree in Industrial Engineering, Business or related
• 0-1 years of experience
• Understanding of master data concepts – knowledge of customer, vendor or material data objects
• Functional knowledge of SAP
• Problem solving, including root cause analysis and ability to understand dependencies across processes
• Attention to detail with effective time management and organizational skills
• Can work independently as well as effectively within the team
