Title:  Analyst, SAP Security

Key Accountabilities:

• SAP Applications access and authorization management.
• Experience in supporting local and global project implementation for SAP Applications security and GRC Access Control (AC).
• Ability to identify and communicate issues and risks to his direct manager or end user to facilitate timely resolution.
• Perform L1 to L3 support for all SAP Applications Security and GRC AC,
• Support external, internal audits and compliance activities.
• Plan and executes unit and acceptance testing
• Design and document security administration policies and procedures for the production environment.
• Participating in the delivery of in-house training for SAP users. ▪ Execute project activities according to project plan and Hikma’s quality standards
• Analyse the issues related to SAP Security & GRC AC reported by business users through incident tickets and resolve the issues as per the defined SLAs
• Perform Root Cause Analysis of problem tickets and identify opportunities for value enhancement and provide solution

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or equivalent
• Preferred: SAP Associate Certification

Experience

• Minimum: 3+ Experience in SAP system security and SAP GRC 3+ experience in IT application support and configuration
• Preferred: 1+ experience SAP BASIS Support

Skills

• Knowledge of SAP Security, User Authorization and Administration.
• Hands-on experience on GRC AC modules
• Knowledge for GRC tools related to access controls and monitoring.
• Knowledge of ERP security concepts, including design best practices and appropriate methodologies.
• Thorough understanding of GRC Segregation of Duties (SOD) concepts.
• generating User and role level SOD reports.
• The ability to identify problems, collect data, establish facts, perform root cause analysis, and remediate problems.
