To oversee the full lifecycle of Talent Acquisition process while being responsible for developing and enhancing Talent Acquisition systems (HRMS), processes and initiatives to leverage networking and employee referrals, managing employee onboarding, job fairs programs, recruitment agencies, policies while ensuring compliance with all employment regulations. |

7. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: |
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Business Administration.
Minimum Experience: 6-8 years relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 4 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities. |
