We are looking for a talented Associate Manager, IT Network Services to join us. Key Responsibilities:

• Plays a prominent role in implementing the network security rules and mitigating network attacks.
• Diagnoses and rectify any problems with the network and firewalls and associated peripherals.
• It is essential to have an appropriate understanding of the Cisco firewalls including multiple contexts and HA
• Provides technical assistance required to our Hikma staff.
• Writing IT SOPs, Policies, Change Control Forms, IQ/OQ/PQ, and Vendor Comparison Matrix.
• Manage Projects; create Project Charters, RFPs, RFP Tracking, Proposals and Project Closure.
• Build IT projects and support CAPEX and OPEX budgets, Cost benefit analysis and Reduction strategies and techniques, Achieve business and organization goals, visions and objectives.
• Following up IT best practices, Polices, and SOP
• Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.
• Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.

Qualifications:

• We are looking for candidates whose experience and skills align closely with the qualifications outlined below:
• QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum: B.Sc. degree in Computer engineering or computer Science.
• Preferred: Cisco Certifications

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 6 years of network engineering and/or architecture, preferably including Cisco technologies
• Minimum 2 years of progressive management experience
• Preferred 2+ Years’ experience in Project Management
• Preferred Experience working in a highly regulated environment

SKILLS

• Wide Area network architecture and engineering (preferably with Cisco technologies)
• Campus LAN design and implementation
• Wireless network design, implementation, and operations
• Network security technologies (experience with Cisco Advanced Firewalls desired)
• Remote access, site-to-site, and partner connection VPN architectures and technologies
• Project Management
• Financial Management
• Good written and verbal communication, in Arabic and English
