Title: Brand Manager
Managing the assigned marketing therapeutic categories and/ or products on MENA level, directly or through brand manager setting category activities, and plans while monitoring progress and implementation of such plans.
- Strategy Development & Alignment
- Contribute to pipeline strategy development, ensuring alignment with Hikma’s biotechnology vision and commercial goals.
- Drive horizontal and vertical alignment across departments to streamline pipeline decisions.
- Policies, Processes & Procedures
- Recommend and implement improvements to pipeline evaluation processes, ensuring that all assessments meet regulatory and internal policy standards.
- Budget Management
- Monitor budget performance and recommend adjustments for optimal resource allocation in pipeline selection and development.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with R&D, Commercial, and Business Development teams to align product capabilities and ensure scalability and market readiness.
- Apply industry insights and trends to portfolio selection, keeping the pipeline competitive and viable for long-term success.
- Product Selection Meetings
- Prepare and lead regular pipeline selection meetings, ensuring that each product’s business case is well-developed, and stakeholder feedback is incorporated.
- People Development
- Set individual performance targets, mentor team members, and support their professional growth within the biotechnology portfolio function.
- Continuous Improvement
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the pipeline selection process, adopting best practices to streamline and enhance evaluation and decision-making.
- Reporting & Compliance
- Oversee the timely preparation of reports on pipeline status and maintain compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Related Assignments
- Perform additional duties as needed, contributing to departmental goals.
