We are looking for a talented Manager - Sr. Manager, M&A to join us. Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate M&A opportunities to ensure healthy deal pipeline that aligns with Hikma’s strategy
- Manage M&A projects from identification until closing, including managing due diligence activities across multiple functions, conducting valuation exercises, and working with investment banks and external advisors throughout the M&A process
- Prepare investment thesis presentations for potential M&A targets with clear recommendations
- Prepare/submit offers, and assist in the negotiation and execution of transaction documents
- Lead the assessment of key projects, such as greenfield projects
- Support Hikma’s business development teams in assessing licensing deals
- Ad hoc projects as requested by senior management or board members
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates whose experience and skills align closely with the qualifications outlined below:
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in finance or engineering
- Preferred: MBA, CFA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred
Experience
- Minimum: 6years in corporate M&A, investment banking or private equity
- Preferred: Experience in the pharmaceuticals industry
