Title: Medical Representative - Oncology
Job Summary
Planning and conducting appointments with oncologists and healthcare professionals in both public and private sectors to promote Hikma's oncology portfolio. The role focuses on achieving sales objectives, enhancing product awareness, and driving performance in a highly specialized therapeutic area. The Medical Representative will monitor market trends, especially in the context of the tender business model, and provide expert insights to support Hikma’s competitive positioning.
Responsibilities
- Visit oncologists and healthcare providers in hospitals (including specialized cancer centers) and clinics to promote oncology products, ensuring alignment with sales targets and company strategy.
- Conduct and support scientific conferences, symposia, and product-focused educational events targeting oncology stakeholders.
- Deliver accurate and comprehensive technical information about oncology products, including indications, clinical benefits, side effects, value proposition, and pharmacoeconomic data.
- Monitor and assess market performance of Hikma oncology products by collecting structured feedback from healthcare professionals, pharmacists, and institutions.
- Track and report on competitor activities in the oncology, particularly in relation to pricing strategies, tender wins, and product positioning.
- Collaborate with the Tender & Market Access teams to support oncology product listings, bid submissions, and follow-up on awarded tenders.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of field activities, calls, and visits in the CRM system in compliance with internal procedures and standards.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports including market intelligence, competitor benchmarking, feedback from events, and sales trends in the oncology segment.
- Perform any additional tasks or projects related to the oncology portfolio as assigned by the direct supervisor or line manager.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
- 2 to 3.5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a focus on oncology, specialty lines, or tender-based business models.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-science environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong clinical knowledge base and excellent communication and presentation skills.
