We are looking for a talented Operator, Manufacturing, to join us. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring adherence to cGMPs, safety, quality, health, and environmental procedures throughout all manufacturing activities to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
- Cleaning of manufacturing Equipment & utensils according to the relevant standard operating procedures and protocols.
- Operation of equipment & machines according to relevant standard operating procedures.
- Proper implementation of steps mentioned in the manufacturing batch and packaging batch records (MPRs).
- Proper documentation for all manufacturing & cleaning activities on related logbooks, batch records, and packaging records on a daily basis.
- Provides input and suggestions for troubleshooting operational problems, process improvements, as well as for procedure writing and revision.
- Preparing daily reports and shift handling communications on a shift basis.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates whose experience and skills align closely with the qualifications outlined below:
Experience:
- 0–3 years of relevant experience as an operator.
Education:
- Diploma in chemical engineering, pharmacy, chemistry, or any related field.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical effort.
Required Skills:
- Ability to use computers to perform a variety of data-entry transactions and to retrieve information (procedures; safety, employment, and other information).
- Preferred to have the ability to perform data entry/maintenance in SAP or equivalent systems.
- Good English language skills (especially in reading and writing) is required.
- Pharmaceutical or other regulatory (GMP) experience is preferred.
- Employee may be required to stand continually throughout the shift.
- Employee may be required to attend on morning or night shift with long shift is required.
- Employee may be required to attend weekend.
- Job involves frequent bending, twisting, pushing, pulling and lifting.
