We are looking for a talented Product Manager to join us. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a comprehensive product information system.
- Organize and deliver training programs for the sales team to ensure strong product knowledge and alignment with commercial goals.
- Analyze market segments, competitive dynamics, and growth trends to identify opportunities for portfolio expansion and strategic positioning.
- Track and report on product performance and sales team effectiveness.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize product mix and execution plans.
- Lead the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Ensure timely, cost-effective, and impactful execution across the Levant region.
- Develop launch strategies and marketing plans for new products. Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and support cross-functional execution.
- Conduct in-depth market research to inform strategic decisions and support business development initiatives.
- Evaluate existing products based on financial performance, market relevance, and technological advancements. Recommend updates and enhancements to maintain a competitive portfolio.
- Monitor industry trends and innovations. Integrate relevant insights into portfolio strategy to ensure a robust and future-ready pipeline.
- Partner with Business Development and other internal stakeholders to identify and evaluate new product opportunities using forecasting tools and strategic frameworks.
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates whose experience and skills align closely with the qualifications outlined below:
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or a related field.
- Experience in one or more of the following therapeutic areas: Anti-Infective, Pain Management, Gynecology
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales, including 1–2 years in a marketing or product management role
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and execution.
- Deep customer and competitor insight.
- Strategic and operational planning capabilities.
- Professional in data analysis, interpretation, and communication.
- Ability to define track performance metrics and KPIs.
