Title:  Specialist, Serialization Operations

2. JOB PURPOSE

Partners with global IT team members and the client community to support IT systems which utilize underlying technology solutions in support of business objectives to meet regulatory requirements, improve productivity and enhance processes.

Responsibilities will be focus on system, process support, and project management.  Works and coordinates with project teams of business and IT team members to translate detailed requirements/specifications into new or enhanced application solutions.

Participates in regional and global initiatives where opportunities arise and participates in local implementation of those initiatives.  Leads local implementation of global initiatives within assigned business area(s).

4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Operational Support of SAP and other platforms to facilitate processes, advise the business on best practices, and communicate business needs.
• Support, maintains, and identifies enhancements to SAP ATTP to meet business requirements.
• Creates system documentation, including functional specifications.
• Supports the integration of ATTP solutions with ECC and other SAP modules (SD, MM, WM, etc.) as well as RFID hardware and other proprietary systems.
• Provides guidance concerning business implications of application development and enhancements.

• Applies strong knowledge of the business processes that influence the development and testing SAP functions associated with supply chain business processes, specifically related to manufacturing, logistics, and track and trace
• Other duties as assigned.

6. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum:   Bachelor’s Degree in computer related field or  3+ years of relevant technical experience

• Preferred:   Technical certifications preferred

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum: Minimum (3) to  (5) years’ experience with SAP systems.
• Preferred: Experience with SAP’s Trace and Trace modules (ATTP, ICH) across the system life cycle from conception to retirement.

SKILLS

• Strong functional, technical skills and project management experience
• Strong documentation, problem solving and analytical skills.  Solid knowledge of application system life cycle and supporting documentation
• Experience supporting RF-applications to support mobile processes in the warehouse and/or production area.
• Experience supporting applications and interfaces using Application Link Enabling (ALE) technologies, message configuration for e.g. ASN, Shipping request and Goods Movements using IDOC and/or XML messages.
• Experience with GS1 standards, specifically EPCIS and GS1 barcode standards.
• Detailed knowledge of serialization country regulations (DSCSA, EMVO and Saudi Arabi)
• Detailed knowledge of supply chain and logistics business processes.
• Ability to work effectively on a cross-functional global team.
• Good understanding of validated or quality systems
• Excellent judgment and customer interaction skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
