Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition intake to onboarding, to ensure timely and quality hiring outcomes.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide strategic input on sourcing approaches and market insights.
  • Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles to support proactive hiring.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process to strengthen employer branding.
  • Utilize recruitment data and metrics to provide insights, track performance, and support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (HR, People Partners, Shared Services) to ensure smooth and compliant hiring processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement in recruitment practices, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Guide and support hiring managers through recruitment processes, ensuring alignment with policies and best practices.
  • Learning & Development
  • Identify skill gaps in partnership with managers and support implementation of training solutions.
  • Coordinate participation in learning programs and monitor training effectiveness.
  • HR Reporting & Systems
  • Maintain accurate data on HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Generate HR metrics and dashboards related to hiring, turnover, engagement, and learning.

 

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates whose experience and skills align closely with the qualifications outlined below:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment and HR generalist or partnership roles.
  • Experience working in a dynamic, matrixed, or regional structure is a plus.

  • Relationship Building: Builds trust with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Ability to partner with business stakeholders and influence hiring decisions.
