Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition intake to onboarding, to ensure timely and quality hiring outcomes.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide strategic input on sourcing approaches and market insights.
- Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles to support proactive hiring.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process to strengthen employer branding.
- Utilize recruitment data and metrics to provide insights, track performance, and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (HR, People Partners, Shared Services) to ensure smooth and compliant hiring processes.
- Drive continuous improvement in recruitment practices, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Guide and support hiring managers through recruitment processes, ensuring alignment with policies and best practices.
- Learning & Development
- Identify skill gaps in partnership with managers and support implementation of training solutions.
- Coordinate participation in learning programs and monitor training effectiveness.
- HR Reporting & Systems
- Maintain accurate data on HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Generate HR metrics and dashboards related to hiring, turnover, engagement, and learning.
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates whose experience and skills align closely with the qualifications outlined below:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment and HR generalist or partnership roles.
- Experience working in a dynamic, matrixed, or regional structure is a plus.
Skills:
- HR Expertise: Talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, HR systems
- Relationship Building: Builds trust with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Ability to partner with business stakeholders and influence hiring decisions.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data and provide actionable insights.
