2. JOB PURPOSE

 

Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting financial data related to third-party contractual agreements, supporting both planning and actuals. The role involves preparing and distributing monthly regional financial results, developing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, and communicating key financial insights. The Senior Analyst maintains and enhances financial databases, ensures data accuracy, and drives productivity improvements through the development of automated reporting solutions and coordination of cross-functional information requirements.

 

 

 

4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

Financial Planning & Analysis:

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis related to third-party spend.
  • Analyze actuals vs. plan and provide insights to drive cost efficiency and performance.

 

Reporting & Communication:

  • Prepare and distribute monthly financial results and dashboards for regional stakeholders.
  • Develop presentations and reports that communicate financial performance and trends.

 

Data Management & Automation:

  • Maintain and update financial databases and models to ensure data integrity.
  • Develop automated solutions to streamline reporting and analysis processes

 

 

Business Partnering:

  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Procurement, Legal, Operations) to ensure alignment on third-party agreements.
  • Provide financial support during contract negotiations and renewals.

 

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to improve data flow, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead or support initiatives aimed at enhancing third-party management practices.

 

 

 

 

 

6. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum: BA degree in Accounting /finance or similar field 
  • Preferred: MBA or relevant certification

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum:  3–5 years of experience
  • Preferred: SAP experience, working in pharmaceutical field, additional language

SKILLS

  • Computer skills, excellent in Excel and Power BI
  • English language and communication skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • System knowledge
