Title:  Trainee, Medical Information

Description: 

Assisting in the preparation of timely, accurate, and relevant medical information about Hikma products to internal and external inquiries.

Facilitating the review of promotional and non-promotional materials for compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Helping in the preparation of necessary documentation for the registration submission process of medicinal products.

Key Accountabilities: 

  • Follows all relevant Department policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
  • Follows the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work.
  • Job Specific Accountabilities
  • Assisting in the searches for medical literature & Hikma data & documents to generate clinically relevant & evidence-based medical information for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assists in the receipt, documentation, and timely transfer of suspected adverse events and product quality complaints to the relevant Departments to ensure they are processed within the required timelines and regulatory guidelines.
  • Aids in the review of promotional and non-promotional materials to ensure that medical information is accurate, balanced, and compliant with regulatory standards.
  • Provides support for the preparation and submission of documents required for the registration of medicinal products, ensuring completeness and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of audits as needed, providing necessary documentation and information related to medical processes.
  • Help identify opportunities to continuously improve our systems, processes, and practices, focusing on industry best practices, process efficiency, cost reduction, and productivity gains.
  • Assists in the preparation of timely and accurate reports to meet company and Department requirements, policies, and standards.
  • Complies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
  • Performs other related duties or assignments as directed.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • MD or PharmD or a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or Life Sciences or any other relevant field.

Minimum Experience:

  • 0-3 years of experience in MA or any other relevant field.
