Job Purpose:
Assist in managing travel arrangements and event coordination tasks, including booking airline tickets, handling travel-related services. The role involves working closely with internal and external clients to deliver excellent service while gaining hands-on experience in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in resolving travel-related issues, conflicts, complaints, and cancellations (basic knowledge of Galileo preferred).
- Support day-to-day operations for the travel and events department to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
- Help process ticketing requests and related tasks.
- Prepare and manage documentation for visa applications.
- Assist in making hotel reservations.
- Organize and update transfer sheets (airport pick-ups and drop-offs).
- Arrange travel insurance for travelers as needed.
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates whose experience and skills align closely with the qualifications outlined below:
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Languages, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge or experience with Galileo GDS (preferred).
- Good command of English (verbal and written).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Enthusiasm to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
