We are looking for a talented Trainee, Enterprise Risk Management to join us. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in building, updating, consolidating and maintaining risk reports, dashboards, presentations and reporting tools for the Risk Office.
- Support ERM and resilience maturity assessments and contribute to the development of guidance documents and taxonomy indicators.
- Assisting in building scenario modeling, crisis exercises, and workshops.
- Support the use of risk data analytics and visualization platforms (e.g. Power BI)
- Explore and implement innovative tools, including AI-driven tools for risk assessment, and prediction to enhance risk management processes.
- Assist in risk reviews, benchmarking, and linking with Hikma group strategy and objectives on local and group level
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives, including design thinking risk mind mapping, interdependency analysis and stakeholder engagement for enhanced risk reviews and action tracking.
- Research and develop practical knowledge of international standards and requirements.
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates whose experience and skills align closely with the qualifications outlined below:
Education
- Recent graduate in Risk Management, Legal, Compliance, or a related discipline
Core Skills
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Preferred Qualifications/ expertise:
- Exposure (academic coursework, internship, or project) to risk management, compliance, or business continuity
- Familiarity with financial concepts or accounting principles
- Awareness of organizational resilience, crisis management frameworks
- Strong examples of analytical thinking, problem-solving, or structured project work (e.g. university projects, case studies)
