Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Validation Engineer with a background in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing validation activities and testing procedures to ensure our products meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and safety before reaching the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation /review the validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ).
• preparation/ review of the change control form.
• Implementation of qualification protocols.
• Create/ review SOPs and documents of the validation department and other related to critical systems (such as: water treatment unit, HVAC, etc.).
• Follow/ensure cGMPs compliance.
• Create mapping and remapping reports/ protocols.
• Review and verify P&IDs, wiring diagrams, design specifications, and technical documentation.
• Performing calibration of items/equipment and preparing/fill calibration reports.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all testing and validation activities.
• Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure environments, with flexibility to work extended hours or night shifts as required.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering.
• [0–3] years of experience in product validation, testing, or a similar role.

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of electrical circuits, embedded systems, sensors, and actuators.
• Experience with data acquisition systems, oscilloscopes, multimeters, and another test equipment.
• Understanding of validation methodologies, failure analysis, and statistical methods.
• Sufficient knowledge in computer skills.

Soft Skills:

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on documentation and quality.
