Title:  Pharmacist, Production

Job Specific Accountabilities

• Maintains a strong shop-floor presence to proactively observe operations and detect abnormal trends or deviations early.
• Works closely with production supervisors and operators to support correct process execution and immediate issue resolution.
• Provides real-time technical feedback during manufacturing activities to minimize deviations and product loss.
• Supports deviation investigations, OOS/OOT assessments, and incident analysis related to manufacturing.
• Participates in root cause analysis and contributes to defining corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
• Collaborates closely with Quality, Engineering, and other technical functions to ensure timely resolution of manufacturing issues.

Continuous Improvement

• Contributes to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in solid dosage manufacturing processes, including:

• • Process robustness
  • Yield improvement
  • Cycle time optimization
  • Right-first-time performance
• Supports trials, change controls, and validation activities related to process or formulation improvements.
• Assists in capturing and sharing technical learnings and best practices.

Reporting

Assists in the preparation of clear, timely, and accurate technical and manufacturing reports as required by the department and company standards.

Safety, Quality & Environment

Complies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment

7. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy

Minimum Experience:

0-3 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
