Title:  Trainee, Supply Planning (Salt)

Job Responsibilities and Tasks:  

Supply Production Planning and Execution

• Plotting Quarterly and Monthly sequence according to requested delivery dates for all markets demand, considering materials availability, capacity , #of employees and work in process and not keeping excess stock.
• Achieving Plans KPIs and Updating whenever is needed
• Maintaining Availability of required Materials/work in process to achieve plotted plans on time and Coordinating with all related departments to be aligned with plotted plans and keep following up
• Identify slow moving materials and suggest a liquidation plan according to demand
• Identifying and Updating Supply constraints and slow movers

  Demand & Shipping

• Following up with Sales operations to get orders on time.
• Calculate net requirements based on available saleable stock, in-route.
• Maintaining demand orders based on delivery date with no back orders.   
• Preparing Consolidated sheet contains all planned quantities for the coming period and maintain execution.
• Preparing and sharing internal shipping sheet and agreed on it with all parties
• Periodic Reporting , analyzing deviation and finding solutions for root causes
• Following up with plants to deliver finished goods to warehouse on time and with Quality to release these goods.
   

  Qualifications:
  
  Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or Relevant field

  Excellent in Excel

  Fluent in English

  0-2 years relevant experience in supply chain.
