In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Marketing team by providing market insights, data analysis, and forecasting support to optimize our product portfolio and align marketing initiatives with supply chain and sales objectives. This role will play a critical part in analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to drive data-driven decisions and ensure successful execution of demand planning strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze market data to support the creation and refinement of product forecasts across our portfolio
- Monitor competitor activity, market growth, erosion, and share to inform strategic planning and demand assumptions.
- Conduct variance analysis between forecasted and actual sales, identifying trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with demand planning, supply chain, and sales teams to ensure accurate alignment between market demand and inventory levels.
- Support the development of annual budgets and forecasting models by providing market insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Develop reports and dashboards to communicate key marketing and demand planning metrics to stakeholders.

- Participate in New product launches set up from a marketing standpoint.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field.
- 0-4 years of experience in marketing analysis, demand planning, or a related analytical role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as sales, supply chain, and finance.
- Proven track record in handling large datasets and generating actionable insights.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Microsoft Excel (advanced), Power BI, or similar.
- Knowledge of forecasting techniques, market analysis, and inventory management principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics and supply chain processes is a plus.
Compensation:
Base Salary: $56,000 to $95,000 annually. The compensation for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, work location, prior experience and job-related knowledge, relevant skills and expertise, current business needs, and market factors.
