Manager of Trade Operations Analytics reports to the Associate Director of Trade Operations & Strategic Solutions (ADTOSS) and plays an integral role in helping to shape efforts through practical analysis, and deliver quality results in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, wholesaler, or consulting industry, with a demonstrated passion for the industry mission.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Manage the Order-to-Cash and Supply Chain related processes and data reporting with team.
  • Support the Generics and Injectables business segments and other business initiatives to achieve company goals.
  • Provide internal business partners product availability, planned allocations and other account related inquiries.
  • Plan, implement, and manage initiatives or programs from inception to completion. Guide and apply ongoing trainings for product and order-related inquiries and questions.
  • Disseminate findings to small and large audiences and/or executives, in a clear, concise approach, ensuring key business questions are answered
  • Assist in Serialization and Aggregation program.
  • Act as trusted advisor and key contributor with Portfolio, Marketing, Contracts, Pricing, Credit and Sales Teams to address and resolve supply chain related issues.
  • Support Product Alternative Options:  Short Dated; One Time Buys (OTBs) and other supply chain business initiatives.
  • Identify potential challenges, risks and/or opportunities and make recommendations to management.
  • Create and monitor customer performance metrics reporting utilizing databases (Excel, Celonis, Power BI, etc.) for internal/external business partners.
  • Assist and execute with the ADTOSS strategies, tools, and reporting processes to allow quantification of key performance measures for achieving our goals.
  • Oversee the Controlled Substance Class II-V Management actions to ensure DEA Regulatory Compliance protocols are met.
  • Effectively communicate to team members, business partners and all levels of management.
  • Participate in trainings related to both business cross-functional, technical, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), Work Instructions and Regulatory Agencies compliance protocols.

 

Qualifications

  • Preferred Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experiences in related area and minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, wholesaler, or consulting industry
  • 5+ years in SAP or equivalent ERP preferred
  • Initiative-taking, methodical thinker who has an ability to anticipate needs
  • Ability to learn quickly and execute with newfound understanding (e.g., industry, business models, products, technology)
  • Practical knowledge in analytical, problem solving, and creative thinking abilities, resourceful, initiative-taker and collaborator

  • Strong ability to organize, multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, to work with little supervision. (Big Picture Orientation with Diligence)
  • Strong written, verbal, and non-verbal communications, organization, and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple complex issues.
  • Strong client consulting acumen, including exceptional networking skills and a demonstrated ability to influence. Comfortable engaging individuals of all levels in the organization.
  • Proficient with managing databases (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Celonis, Power BI, etc.)
  • Problem Solving (Sense of Urgency, Intellectual Curiosity, and Prudent Risk Taking)
  • Potential travel (less 10%)
