We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team and encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds.  We are seeking a talented and motivated Sr. Software Engineer, IT Applications to join our team.  In this role, you will manage and execute the implementation and production support for Revenue Management operations. In conjunction with Revenue Management this role will also drive the implementation and support of the Master Data Governance solution for the US Customer Master Data Management team, including contract membership rostering and membership enforcement. This role is responsible for directing the contractors and internal matrixed delivery team members needed to deliver and support the Revenue Management Operations.This role needs very strong functional and process experience in the area of Commercial and Revenue Management. Highly preferred to have Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical experience. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regular and predictable onsite attendance and punctuality. 
  • Perform systems analysis and design by meeting with end users and outlining detailed specifications in order to effectively and efficiently meet business needs and objectives.
  • Perform detailed configuration of SAP Vistex module including development of various specialized reports.
  • Design, Implement, test and support Vistex inbound and outbound EDI and IDOC functionality related to Vistex functions i.e. EDI 844,849 and 845 etc.
  • Support rebates / chargeback team to identify discrepancies between the accounts while calculating the rebates/fees and fix the root cause.
  • Manages external support timelines and ensures the team is working within budget
  • Work with Customer Master Team to define Process Design Definition and data quality rules, as well as, provide functional support to SAP MDG team and implementation/support partner
  • Partner with business to design and support Contract Membership process and solution in Revenue Management platform
  • Develop Business process procedures / SOP documentation and assist / train end users in executing the transactions.
  • Act as SAP GRC subject matter expert for Revenue Management and OTC areas for US operations collaborating with the Master Data Delivery Team
  • Responsible for bringing forward any new project requests and working with the PMO to introduce and track and project related data and updates

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, Accounting, Finance or related discipline or relevant work experience
  • 8+ Years of overall experience in SAP.
  • 3-5 years of experience developing SAP Vistex solutions.
  • At-least 2 full life cycle of SAP Vistex Implementation experience
  • Customer Master Data Governance process design and data architecture experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Highly preferred to have Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical experience.
  • GPO and HRSA Roster Management Experience 
  • SAP Governance, Risk and Compliance 

Additional skills:

  • Collaborative, Customer focused and able to create visible value 
  • In depth understanding of SAP Vistex module and its integration points
  • In depth knowledge of SAP MDG solution and its integration to SAP ECC and SAP MDG
  • Ability to design Revenue Management and Master Data Governance processes in a GRC compliant fashion
  • Strong knowledge of production support processes, presentation skills, oral and written communication skills and teamwork skills
  • Understanding of ABAP concepts, writing Functional / Technical specifications, designing & implementing user exits
  • Strong in MS Office suite
  • Ability to perform under tight deadlines
