As an Intern you will establish and maintain meaningful projects in a working environment that will enhance your marketability as well as provide value to the organization through continued networking. You will actively contribute to the discovery, development and delivery of our products to our patients and customers.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on internal and external platforms.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify top talent.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Communicate with candidates, providing timely updates on their application status.
  • Create an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining professionalism and responsiveness.
  • Participate in initiatives to enhance the recruiting process, such as diversity hiring strategies or employer branding campaigns.
  • Research and present talent market insights to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) records.
  • Prepare and analyze recruitment metrics, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in planning and executing recruitment events, such as job fairs or virtual career sessions.
  • Represent the company at university career fairs or other networking events.

 

Qualifications:

  • Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Passion for data analytics, process improvement and project management
  • Must be able to demonstrate effective communication skills.
  • Interested in AI
  • Highly motivated and inquisitive with a strong desire to learn.
  • Organization skills to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to details.
  • Planning and Organizational skills.
  • Proficient usage of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction, no sponsorship offered at this time.
  • Must be willing to submit to a background investigation, including verification of your past employment, criminal history, and educational background.
  • Must be willing to take a drug test.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
