We are looking for a talented Associate Scientist – Formulation Development to join us. Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting technical feasibility studies for new formulations and technology transfers.
- Preparing and updating formulation and validation documentation (batch records, protocols, reports).
- Supporting manufacturing and packaging trials in compliance with GMP, EH&S, and internal procedures.
- Reviewing technical documentation generated throughout the process.
- Participating in investigations and CAPA actions.
- Using SAP for project and data management.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and project progress reporting.
Qualifications:
- Education: Pharm.D or master’s degree in chemistry
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in formulation development, technology transfer, validation, or pharmaceutical production.
- Key Skills:
- Good knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Scientific curiosity and interest in pharmaceutical innovation.
- Proficiency with SAP and standard IT tools.
