We are looking for a talented Associate Scientist – Formulation Development to join us. Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting technical feasibility studies for new formulations and technology transfers.
• Preparing and updating formulation and validation documentation (batch records, protocols, reports).
• Supporting manufacturing and packaging trials in compliance with GMP, EH&S, and internal procedures.
• Reviewing technical documentation generated throughout the process.
• Participating in investigations and CAPA actions.
• Using SAP for project and data management.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and project progress reporting.

Qualifications:

• Education: Pharm.D or master’s degree in chemistry
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in formulation development, technology transfer, validation, or pharmaceutical production.
• Key Skills:

• Good knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Scientific curiosity and interest in pharmaceutical innovation.
• Proficiency with SAP and standard IT tools.
