Title:  Country Lead- Morocco

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Country Lead to oversee and drive business growth in Morocco within the consumer health business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans, managing day-to-day operations, and leading the local team to achieve revenue growth, market expansion, and operational excellence. The role requires a strong leadership presence, deep knowledge of the consumer health sector, and a robust network within the region.

Qualifications:
•    Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
•    Experience:
o    10+ years of experience in the consumer health, healthcare, or FMCG industries, with at least 4 years in a leadership role overseeing a commercial team/ Country.
o    Strong experience in Customer development & market expansion strategies.
o    Proven track record of successfully leading teams, driving operational excellence, and executing growth strategies in the region.
o    Deep knowledge of the consumer health market dynamics in the region.
o    Experience working with distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders in the region.

o    Strong leadership and team management abilities.
o    Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
o    Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
o    Ability to build and manage relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
o    In-depth understanding of the consumer health sector, market trends, and competitor landscape in the region.
o    Fluency in both French, English and Arabic (preferred)
