Title:  Manager, QC

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee all Quality Control laboratory operations to ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and company standards.
• Manage analytical testing activities for raw materials, packaging components, in-process, and finished products.
• Ensure the qualification, calibration, and maintenance of laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Develop, train, and coach QC staff to maintain a high level of technical competence and quality awareness.
• Coordinate with QA, Production, and R&D departments to resolve quality issues and support product release.
• Ensure timely review and approval of analytical results, OOS/OOT investigations, and laboratory documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the QC department to enhance efficiency and data integrity.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates whose experience and skills align closely with the qualifications outlined below:
• Master’s or Engineer degree in Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in Quality Control within the pharmaceutical industry, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Solid knowledge of GMP, GLP, and international quality standards (ICH, WHO, EMA, FDA).
• Experience with analytical methods (HPLC, GC, UV, dissolution, etc.) and validation processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
