We are looking for a talented National Oncology & Hematology Sales Supervisor to join us. Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team dedicated to the promotion of Oncology and Hematology products.
  • Ensure the achievement of sales targets, market share objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Deploy and monitor the execution of sales and marketing strategies in the field.
  • Analyze team performance and identify opportunities for portfolio growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with oncologists, hematologists, retail pharmacists, and hospital pharmacists.
  • Conduct regular field visits and provide coaching and support to team members to enhance their capabilities and performance.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of territory action plans.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards applicable to the pharmaceutical industry.

 

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates whose experience and skills align closely with the qualifications outlined below:

 

  • University degree in Medical Sciences,Life Sciences, or Business Management.
  • Significant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Oncology and/or Hematology.
  • Previous experience in team leadership, people management, or sales management is considered an asset.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to perform effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.
