We are looking for a talented National Oncology & Hematology Sales Supervisor to join us. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team dedicated to the promotion of Oncology and Hematology products.
- Ensure the achievement of sales targets, market share objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Deploy and monitor the execution of sales and marketing strategies in the field.
- Analyze team performance and identify opportunities for portfolio growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with oncologists, hematologists, retail pharmacists, and hospital pharmacists.
- Conduct regular field visits and provide coaching and support to team members to enhance their capabilities and performance.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of territory action plans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards applicable to the pharmaceutical industry.
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates whose experience and skills align closely with the qualifications outlined below:
- University degree in Medical Sciences,Life Sciences, or Business Management.
- Significant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Oncology and/or Hematology.
- Previous experience in team leadership, people management, or sales management is considered an asset.
- Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to perform effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.
