Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective monitoring and follow-up of purchase orders to avoid any disruption to the production plan.
- Manage the full procurement process from requisition to payment while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure supply continuity, improve performance, and resolve issues.
- Identify and participate in cost optimization and value creation initiatives within procurement operations.
- Collaborate closely with Category Lead of raw and packaging material, supply Planning, Quality, Finance, and Production teams to guarantee material availability and balanced inventory levels.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and compliance.
- Follow up on supplier claims and ensure timely resolution of any issues
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates whose experience and skills align closely with the qualifications outlined below:
- Education: Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Logistics Management.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a similar role (Pharmaceutical raw material procurement)
Technical Skills & Competencies
- Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and its procurement dynamics.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in SAP (MM module) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of international trade rules, Incoterms, and transport regulations.
- Ability to prepare and consolidate procurement performance reports.
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
