We are looking for a talented Pharmacovigilance Associate to join us. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance regulations
- Collect, enter, monitor, and report pharmacovigilance cases
- Prepare and submit Risk Management Plans (RMPs) and Periodic Safety Update Reports (PSURs)
- Manage and submit safety signal detection activities
- Establish pharmacovigilance agreements with partners
- Prepare responses to audits and health authority requests
- Participate in partner audits
- Manage pharmacovigilance activities related to customer complaints
- Archive documents and maintain pharmacovigilance databases
- Conduct regulatory intelligence and monitoring
- Provide pharmacovigilance training to employees
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates whose experience and skills align closely with the qualifications outlined below:
- Scientific background (Pharmacy degree or Master’s degree)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmacovigilance
- Proficiency in French and English
- Strong communication skills
- Good organizational abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently
- Strong team spirit
