We are looking for a talented Pharmacovigilance Associate to join us. Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance regulations
  • Collect, enter, monitor, and report pharmacovigilance cases
  • Prepare and submit Risk Management Plans (RMPs) and Periodic Safety Update Reports (PSURs)
  • Manage and submit safety signal detection activities
  • Establish pharmacovigilance agreements with partners
  • Prepare responses to audits and health authority requests
  • Participate in partner audits
  • Manage pharmacovigilance activities related to customer complaints
  • Archive documents and maintain pharmacovigilance databases
  • Conduct regulatory intelligence and monitoring
  • Provide pharmacovigilance training to employees

 

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates whose experience and skills align closely with the qualifications outlined below:

  • Scientific background (Pharmacy degree or Master’s degree)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmacovigilance
  • Proficiency in French and English
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good organizational abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong team spirit
