Title: Supervisor, Talent Acquisition
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Supervisor to help manage our organization's human capital. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, , developing, and retaining the best talent, as well as developing strategies to help our organization meet its long-term goals. The Talent Acquisition Supervisor will report directly to the HR director
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for hiring, attracting, retaining, and developing top talent in the organization.
- Manage projects related to talent acquisition and provide regular progress reports to senior leadership.
- Lead employer branding initiatives
- Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
- Contribute to employee retention and development
- provide recruitment guidance and advice to HR professionals using employment and hiring data
- Elaborate/update job descriptions
- Elaborate/update organigrams in HR system
- Represent the company in career fairs, assessment centers or other events
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
- Keep up to date with emerging trends and best practices in talent
Requirements and skills
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding
- Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
- Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
- Excellent communicator
- Well-organized
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth multinational environment preferred
- Master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- 4 years of experience in talent acquisition
