Description:

 

We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team and encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds.  We are seeking a talented and motivated Aseptic Technician to join our team.  In this role, you will be responsible for executing and overseeing operations in aseptic areas, environmental monitoring, performance in terms of production, capacity, and quality. Responsible for meeting budget, quality, and production goals. Interprets manufacturing policies, procedures, and programs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Regular and predictable onsite attendance and punctuality. 
  • Responsible for executing and overseeing the environmental monitoring program during filling operations. 
  • Plays a key role in overseeing and planning media fills. 
  • Emphasize training and implement control systems to eliminate environmental monitoring discrepancies. 
  • Support and emphasize the Safety and Quality commitments of the department. 
  • Responsible for driving operational excellence and execution in the areas of regulatory compliance, cost reduction, and task execution. 

 

Qualifications:

  • Education
    • Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in science.
  • Experience
    • 3-5 years experience in aseptic manufacturing and environmental monitoring
  • Skills
    • Demonstrated high-level of aseptic technique understanding and proficiency
    • Ability to execute and optimize the environmental monitoring program in filling operations
    • Displays a high level of written and non-written communication skills and the ability to interpret and analyze statistical information 

 

 

Compensation:

 

Hourly Rate: $24 per hour; $26 per hour after being gown qualified.  The compensation for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, work location, prior experience and job-related knowledge, relevant skills and expertise, current business needs, and market factors.  The Talent Acquisition team can provide more details about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
