Title:  Associate Principal Specialist, IT SAP PP QM PM - 4086

Description: 

**Onsite role with no hybrid/remote option**

 

Designs and configures the SAP systems, specifically PP/QM, with an emphasis on production, planning and Quality management.

 

Responsibilities 

 

•    Regular and predictable onsite attendance and punctuality
•    Experienced working in cross functional teams. ​​​​​​​

•    Strong knowledge of business manufacturing operations and SAP ECC PP, MRP, QM and SAP IBP solutions.

•    Help the SAP PP/QM team elevate their SAP knowledge and experience. 

•    Lead the SAP PP, MRP & QM modules and advise on best practice business processes in line with the system capabilities and complex system changes.

•    Manage the SAP functionalities by delivering complex end-end implementations, enhancements and offer support for business stakeholders.

•    Lead and deliver SAP blueprint sessions, requirements gathering, configuration and develop functional specifications.

•    Lead the delivery of end-user trainings, including the creation of documentation and user manuals.

•    Lead the efforts with SAP technical teams when required and ensure the quality of development of ABAP system changes.

•    Manage the integrations of SAP ECC PP, QM with other systems such MES and LIMS

 

Qualifications

Minimum:  

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering or related fields.
  • 10+ years of experience in SAP deployment, support and projects.
  • Solid experience in SAP ECC PP, MRP and QM is a must.
  • Experience in Life Sciences or similar regulated industry.
  • Onsite role with no hybrid/remote option.

Preferred 

  • Experience in SAP IBP.
  • Familiarity with SOLMAN mainly ChaRm.
  • Experience in integrating SAP with ASCTrac.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Deep understanding of the SAP Functional domains (PP, QM, MRP) as well as working understanding of technical data models
  • Must have the ability to work independently and exhibit a strong sense of urgency.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer focus skills 
  • Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to effectively communicate, analyse, and problem solve. 
  • Knowledge of Pharma industry’s GXP environment, policies and procedures.
