Description:

We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team and encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds. We are seeking a talented and motivated Inventory Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for helping to maintain a continuous inventory count on all three shifts. This will ensure proper fiscal requirements, proper security, and that the needs assets are on hand to support plant-wide activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regular and predictable onsite attendance and punctuality.
• Process purchase orders and purchase card requests.
• Submit bid waivers and post receipts
• Conduct accurate inventory counts to ensure physical counts match with the computer-based system.
• Aid in determining optimum on hand inventory needs.
• Maintain inventory levels.
• Enter and locate information on computer.
• Track shipments.
• Strictly adhere to inventory control programs, proper ordering and returning, and filing of paperwork.
• Ensure security and distribution of assets.
• Partner with vendors for seamless delivery.
• Ensure proper labelling and organization of all spare parts.
• Provide superior customer service.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2-5 years of previous computerized inventory control experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• cGMPs experience a plus

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $25.00 per hour. The compensation for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, work location, prior experience and job-related knowledge, relevant skills and expertise, current business needs, and market factors. The Talent Acquisition team can provide more details about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
