In this role, you will be responsible for managing the general Finance tasks of the Hikma’s CH Site. The responsibilities include controlling of Operating Expenses, Budgeting & Forecasting, Controlling of Inventories, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Management Reporting, Analysis of key metrics and managing CAPEX spending.
Responsibilities:
- Operating Expenses: Reporting and Monitoring of the US Injectables operational spending.
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Manage the Budgeting, forecasting and business planning exercises for all operational Expenses and Capital Spend.
- Inventory Control: Ensuring Financial reporting accuracy of Inventories while analyzing the balances and ensuring the company inventory reserves are adequate per company policy.
- Product Costing Standards: Direct the product costing exercise of the US Injectables manufacturing sites on a yearly basis for the whole portfolio, for specific products as needed, and for new launches.
- Capital Expenses: Supervising the US Injectables CAPEX Budget while continuously managing the spend per project.
- Business Partnering & Management Reporting: Overseeing all major reports and presentations issued by the department that are distributed to the segment’s higher management.
- Efficiency Optimization: Analyzing and identifying gaps related to Operations and/or general Finance processes.
- Ad Hoc Projects: As needed work on one-off projects like acquisitions, valuations, feasibility analysis, etc.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting. Master’s degree/MBA strongly preferred.
- 7+ years of finance / Accounting experience.
- Strong quantitative analytical skills and experience in utilizing data to influence decision making.
- Excellent communication skills, including both verbal and written.
- Outstanding financial modeling and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent problem solving and project management skills.
- Ability to manage and inspire direct reports.
- Ability to build relationships at all levels to manage the departmental relationship with numerous stakeholders.
- Strong experience both in working effectively within a matrixed environment and building alignment in a cross functional
- environment.
- Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, and Presentation skills.
- Knowledge in ERP systems: mainly SAP.
Compensation:
Base Salary: $66,600 to $133,750 annually. The compensation for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, work location, prior experience and job-related knowledge, relevant skills and expertise, current business needs, and market factors. The Talent Acquisition team can provide more details about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
