Title:  Warehouse Lead, 1st Shift- $1,500 sign-on bonus*

Description: 

This position is responsible for coordinating all phases of Warehouse and LDC activities: manage shop floor inventories, coordinate receiving, inventory, ERP transactions and shipping activities. Review, and support production schedules. Manage Warehouse and Material Handling Staff.

Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate the Labeling Issuance Process
  1. Execute production schedule requirements.
  2. Stage Controlled Labeling Issuance Records for Final Label Inspectors.
  3. Adjust workflow when changes occur in the schedule including Label Inspector activities.
  4. Label Change Control and MBR activities
  1. Support Warehouse Group Leader when required.
  1. Review Filling and Packaging schedules.
  2. Maintaining Shop floor inventories and returns
  3. Manage overall warehouse space
  4. Assist in shipping finish goods
  1. Warehouse Activities:
  1. Perform warehouse inventories/ cycle counts.
  2. Process warehouse pick sheets.
  3. Investigate inventory discrepancies.
  4. Pick production components as needed.
  5. Process component returns
  6. Perform cycle counts as required.
  7. Manage Kanban materials
  8. Manage Material handling activities to support Operations.

Qualifications

  • Ability to use a computer. 
  • Ability to deal with problems in accordance with approved procedures.
  • Ability to demonstrate responsiveness to manufacturing needs.
  • Ability to organize workload and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels within the organization.
  • Strong mathematical skills.
  • Able to follow and give direction.
  • Comprehend and follow written Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Ability to lift 50-75 pounds.
  • Ability to use power equipment including a forklift.

Experience

  • Associates degree or higher. 3-5 years experience with SAP warehouse management systems.
  • 1 year experience in pharmaceutical industry and 3-5 years experience with SAP warehouse management systems perfefered.
  • Good computer skills. 
  • Power equipment including fork lift experience required.
  • Accurate record keeping is necessary.
