Title: Sr Specialist, Serialization Operations IT
Facilitates the design, configuration, and validation of a comprehensive implementation of SAP’s Advance Track & Trace for Pharmaceuticals (ATTP) platform to achieve documented business requirements according to established IT standards.
Responsibilities:
- Designs, builds, tests, deploys, maintains, and enhances SAP ATTP to meet business requirements, report and input schedules, and custom interfaces.
- Creates system documentation, including functional and technical specifications, installation scripts, OQ and PQ, test plans, and scripts.
- Integrates ATTP solutions with ECC and other SAP modules (SD, MM, WM, etc.) as well as RFID hardware and other proprietary systems.
- Provides technical guidance concerning business implications of application development and enhancement projects
- Coordinates and controls the deliverables of external partners for development, implementation or support of IT systems and services
- Applies strong knowledge of the business processes for developing and testing SAP functions associated with supply chain business processes, specifically related to manufacturing, logistics, and track and trace
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer related field or 3+ years of relevant technical experience
- (5) Years of experience planning, managing, developing, executing, and maintaining SAP systems preferable with SAP’s Trace and Trace modules (ATTP, ICH) across the system life cycle from conception to retirement
- Technical certifications preferred
- Strong technical design and architecture skills and project management experience
- Strong technical documentation, problem solving and analytical skills. Solid knowledge of application system life cycle and supporting documentation
- Experience customizing and supporting RF-applications to support mobile processes in the warehouse and/or production area preferred
- Experience customizing and supporting applications and interfaces using Application Link Enabling (ALE) technologies, message configuration for e.g. ASN, Shipping request and Goods Movements using IDOC and/or XML messages preferred
- Expert knowledge of GS1 standards, specifically EPCIS and GS1 barcode standards, required.
- Detailed knowledge of serialization country regulations (DSCSA, EMVO and Saudi Arabi)
- Ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams
- Good understanding of validated or quality systems
- Excellent judgment and customer interaction skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
