Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating mechanisms to help improve the operating systems through implementing, reviewing, testing, repairing, and maintaining those systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides technical skills and expertise to support operations and ensure automated manufacturing equipment operates efficiently.
- Supports constant operations by troubleshooting machines, monitoring PLC issues, performing root cause analysis on complex issues, and executing improvements
- Investigates automation-related incidents to identify root causes and prevent recurrence through the development and implementation of effective corrective actions.
- Assesses automated and IT systems to develop strategic solutions that enhance quality, stability, and scalability through system upgrades, replacements, or future expansions.
- Efficient use of different software tools and computer applications including but not limited to Microsoft Office, PLC programming software, electrical schematic design software, HMI programming software, SCADA systems, and industrial networks
- Resolves technical questions and objections with accuracy for assigned products.
- Maintains comprehensive and compliant documentation for equipment and related activities, including CAPAs, work orders, change controls, technical drawings, and manuals.
- Streamlines workflows and develops automated laboratory processes and instrumentation systems, including collecting and documenting requirements, developing concepts, designing, testing/validating, implementing, and training.
- Effectively prioritizes tasks and takes decisive action, consistently maximizing time and productivity.
- Understands and adheres to policies and procedures
- Perform Preventive maintenance periodically.
- Work instruction creation for new equipment.
- Equipment Training.
- BMS System alarm response and acknowledgments.
- Vendor management
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, or related field OR Associate degree in Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years experience in a manufacturing environment
Compensation:
Base Salary: $66,660-$133,750 The compensation for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, work location, prior experience and job-related knowledge, relevant skills and expertise, current business needs, and market factors.
