We are seeking a motivated and talented Medical Representative to join our Cardiovascular and Diabetes team.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Conduct regular visits to healthcare professionals to promote assigned products, communicate product information, and achieve sales targets.
  • Understand healthcare professionals’ and patients’ needs to effectively position and promote product benefits.
  • Apply effective sales techniques to communicate the value proposition of products in line with approved marketing strategies.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the assigned therapeutic area, including disease and product knowledge.
  • Organize and participate in scientific meetings, conferences, and educational sessions to increase product awareness and strengthen professional relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to support the company’s reputation and business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and support business growth.
  • Review sales performance regularly and contribute to the development and execution of action plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure all sales activities and customer interactions are accurately documented and reported in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and submit required reports, including market intelligence, competitor analysis, event feedback, and sales performance reports.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM system on a daily basis.
  • Utilize company resources responsibly and ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform any other duties related to the role as assigned by the direct supervisor.

 

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates whose experience and skills align closely with the qualifications outlined below:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
  • 1–3 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management abilities.
  •  Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a strong commitment to achieving objectives.

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

Exposure to Endocrinology, Nephrology, Cardiology, Internal Medicine, and Family Medicine specialties is a plus, but not required.
