In this role you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while supporting inside sales activities and building strong relationships with healthcare partners across Canada. The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring seamless coordination between our internal teams and healthcare stakeholders. This role requires a strong understanding of the Canadian healthcare landscape, a proactive mindset, and the ability to identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and professional support to healthcare partners.
  • Support external sales activities by identifying opportunities, coordinating follow-ups, and assisting with account management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare organizations, and procurement partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are addressed efficiently and accurately.
  • Proactively identify potential issues and work to resolve them before they escalate, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Analyze customer trends, requests, and operational challenges to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide guidance and insights to customers by leveraging knowledge of healthcare operations and procurement processes.
  • Stay informed on changes within the Canadian healthcare system, including regional pressures, policies, and operational challenges.

 

 

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:

  • Experience in the Canadian healthcare system, with prior work in a Canadian hospital and/or Group Purchasing Organization (GPO). You understand the operational, clinical, and procurement dynamics unique to provincial healthcare environments.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French, with the ability to confidently communicate and build relationships in both languages.
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in a healthcare-related field, providing a strong foundation in clinical, operational, or health system knowledge.
  • Strong proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate issues before they escalate. You leverage your healthcare expertise to troubleshoot effectively, provide informed guidance, and partner collaboratively with customers.
  • Analytical mindset, enabling you to identify trends, recognize patterns, and take proactive action to mitigate risks or improve outcomes.
  • Deep awareness of provincial healthcare landscapes, staying informed of region-specific pressures, policy changes, and operational challenges. You work closely with customers to align their evolving needs with our processes and solutions.
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

 

Compensation:

Base Salary: $66,600 to $75,000 annually.  The compensation for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, work location, prior experience and job-related knowledge, relevant skills and expertise, current business needs, and market factors.
