Job Purpose:
Managing the assigned marketing therapeutic categories and/ or products in Egypt/Levant level, setting category activities, and plans while monitoring progress and implementation of such plans.
Job Specific Accountabilities:
Country product management:
- Manage products’ portfolio in designated therapy areas to achieve financial targets, patient targets & market share.
- Work in alignment with central marketing brands strategies
- Develop annual marketing plans for assigned products in Egypt/Levant area and oversee their execution throughout sales & marketing activities and events.
- Participate in the new launches, five-year sales forecast and execute successful new launches in local markets.
- Track medical and scientific updates in designated therapy areas to stay updated with market changes.
- Ongoing analysis of market trends, newcomers, and competitor’s performance and activities
- Track products performance
- Manage new launches (launch readiness, prelaunch preparations, launch activities, track new launches performance on monthly basis)
- Monitor and track sales & marketing expenses and budget on quarterly basis.
Sales force collaboration and management:
- Understand and satisfy sales force marketing support needed to achieve sales targets.
- Provide training material, quarterly marketing campaigns and support material for the sales teams.
- Work with sales force to ensure alignment with annual marketing plans.
- Supervise marketing plans execution process by close collaboration with the sales team.

- Feedback sales team on marketing support and activities
- Monthly market updates reports.
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates whose experience and skills align closely with the qualifications outlined below:
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or biotechnology
- 5-8 years of experience in commercial role preferred oncology/immunology/biotechnology
- Marketing experience or company marketing assignment
