Description:

 

The Product Manager – Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans for Hikma’s MS portfolio. The role aims to strengthen brand positioning, drive market growth, enhance customer engagement, and ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives in alignment with business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for the assigned MS portfolio to achieve business objectives and maximize market share.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and optimize brand performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, medical, regulatory, and supply chain to ensure successful product launches and execution of marketing activities.
• Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and medical societies to support product positioning and scientific engagement.
• Lead the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, scientific meetings, webinars, and educational activities for healthcare professionals.
• Monitor product performance and marketing effectiveness through data analysis and provide actionable recommendations to improve results.
• Develop promotional materials and ensure alignment with compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Manage product forecasting, budgeting, and promotional expenses effectively.
• Conduct regular field visits to gather market insights and support sales force effectiveness.
• Prepare and deliver strategic presentations, business reviews, and product training sessions for internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions to identify opportunities for differentiation and portfolio expansion.
• Ensure strong collaboration with sales teams to enhance customer engagement and maximize brand impact.

 

Qualifications:

 

We are looking for candidates whose experience and skills align closely with the qualifications outlined below:

 

• B.Sc. degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.

• 2 - 5 years of related experience
