Description:

 

The Product Specialist – Oncology is responsible for promoting Hikma’s specialized oncology products through the effective execution of marketing and field activities. The role aims to enhance customer retention and satisfaction, increase brand awareness, and ensure the successful positioning of Hikma’s products in the market.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Coordinate and execute marketing activities for assigned products to enhance product awareness and ensure effective market integration.
  • Plan, host, and deliver local events to promote Hikma’s specialized oncology portfolio and engage healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct continuous research to build in-depth scientific and market knowledge of the assigned product line.
  • Provide accurate medical and scientific information to physicians to support product promotion and effectively communicate key messages.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to optimize campaigns and improve message retention and impact.
  • Organize webinars and medical education events in partnership with medical societies to strengthen product positioning.
  • Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to address product-related inquiries and build strong professional relationships.
  • Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and emerging trends using various research methods to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver scientific presentations for healthcare professionals and internal teams in collaboration with medical and marketing functions.
  •   Foster cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and medical teams to support product strategy and execution.
  •  Participate in strategic planning sessions to analyze competitor insights and identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Apply strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

 

Qualifications:

 

We are looking for candidates whose experience and skills align closely with the qualifications outlined below:

 

• B.Sc. degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.

• 2 - 4 years of related experience
