Main Responsibilities:

• Implement and follow engineering, maintenance, and operations policies and procedures.
• Supervise and coordinate technical teams (technicians and operators) during shifts.
• Monitor system performance after maintenance or modifications to detect any anomalies.
• Track faults, defects, and incidents to ensure continuity of operations.
• Analyze equipment reliability and failure trends to develop preventive maintenance plans.
• Read and interpret technical manuals and work orders to perform required interventions.
• Identify operational issues and ensure proper resolution or escalation.
• Provide technical support and coaching to teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes (productivity, cost, quality).
• Assist in the preparation of technical and operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance and technical operations.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of industrial systems and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
• Continuous improvement mindset and strong organizational skills.

Academic Background and Knowledge:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Master’s degree in engineering is a plus.
• 1–3 years of experience in an industrial environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field.
