Main Responsibilities:
- Implement and follow all engineering operations and maintenance policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures.
- Lead and coordinate technicians and operations teams during shifts to ensure smooth execution of activities.
- Monitor system performance after maintenance, modifications, or special tasks to detect anomalies.
- Track and manage maintenance faults, defects, and malfunctions to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Analyze equipment reliability and failure trends to develop preventive maintenance plans.
- Provide technical guidance, coaching, and support to technical and operations teams.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to carry out maintenance tasks effectively.
- Monitor operating conditions, identify issues, and ensure proper resolution or escalation.
- Evaluate processes and prepare operational plans aligned with engineering and maintenance activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (cost reduction, productivity, and process optimization).
- Assist in preparing accurate and timely engineering reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards, including GMP/GDP requirements.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of engineering operations and industrial maintenance.

- Good understanding of production systems and equipment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
Academic Background and Knowledge:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Master’s degree is an advantage.
- 0–3 years of experience in engineering, preferably in the pharmaceutical or a related industry.
