We are looking for a talented Officer, Maintenance to join us. Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement and follow all engineering operations and maintenance policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures.
  • Lead and coordinate technicians and operations teams during shifts to ensure smooth execution of activities.
  • Monitor system performance after maintenance, modifications, or special tasks to detect anomalies.
  • Track and manage maintenance faults, defects, and malfunctions to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Analyze equipment reliability and failure trends to develop preventive maintenance plans.
  • Provide technical guidance, coaching, and support to technical and operations teams.
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to carry out maintenance tasks effectively.
  • Monitor operating conditions, identify issues, and ensure proper resolution or escalation.
  • Evaluate processes and prepare operational plans aligned with engineering and maintenance activities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (cost reduction, productivity, and process optimization).
  • Assist in preparing accurate and timely engineering reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards, including GMP/GDP requirements.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

 

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of engineering operations and industrial maintenance.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good understanding of production systems and equipment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.

 

Academic Background and Knowledge:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Master’s degree is an advantage.
  • 0–3 years of experience in engineering, preferably in the pharmaceutical or a related industry.
